“Special?”

Kurumi thinking she has it in the bag mentions to Sawako about how she wants her to help her but to her suprise (and probably everyone elses) Sawako declines.

After Sawako declines Kurumi is pretty shocked, but still plays that woe-is-me innocent act to try and persuade Sawako to at least support her, but Sawako cannot, she says that although she understands Kurumi’s feelings she just cant support and help her. Kurumi seems pretty pissed off and finally snaps which shocks Sawako. She asks her if she wants to date Kazehaya and Sawako quickly denys it nervously, still Kurumi then mentions that why is he so special to her? because he talks to her? because hes nice? and says that Sawako only feels that way because he helps her. Sawako starts thinking that maybe shes right, Kurumi says that its no fair that shes so gloomy and shy and thats why people like talking to her, but that cute and popular girls like herself have it so hard, after saying that she runs off.

Sawako sitting at home starts reflecting on the prior situation just as, of course, the TV seems to be mirroring her situation. (lol gotta love that “The TV is talking about me” situations XD) stil the next day she is met with smiling faces as its finally the day of the sports competition. Chizu of course is all pumped up and wearing her bright red t-shirt proud that she stands out so much. The boys are talking and decided to cheer on the girls soccer match since they’re up before them. Ayane had also finished Sawakos hair and put it up in a cute bun. Kazehaya sees Sawako and walks over to give her a fistbump or highfive Sawako nervously puts her hand up as he does so. A classmate sees this as the Zashiki Warashi effect and proceeds to do the same followed by eveyrone else. Turns out Sawako is now a good luck charm! ~ she’s happy to finally be part of the classroom.

Soccer match starts off and of course Chizu is making a run for it full speed with her bright red t-shirt straight for the goal! and makes it yay! the guys watching from the grass notice that Sawako isnt around, Kazehaya mentions he sees her and so does Ryuu. Finally the guys kind of see her and make a remark about her “instant teleportion” Just as they were talking about it, seems she put it to good use as the ball was headed towards an empty unguarded area! However just then Sawako leaps to that spot and catches the ball with her foot, she then makes one hell of a kick and everyones impressed, unfortunally she seemd to of lost her shoe along the way XD

After that, Chizu makes one more final run and kicks the ball so hard into the goal it practically burns the net. The girls team wins and everyone cheers! thanks to Sawako and Chizu! ^__^ Kazehaya puts his hand up for a high-five from Sawako and she does the same thing. Afterwards its time for the guys softball match, Chizu and Ayane have a volleyball match too leaving Sawako free for an hour. Chizu asks Sawako what she plans on doing for that extra hour between matches and she says look for her shoe. Ayane kinda hints and makes a suggestion that Sawako will cheer on the boys team (because Kazehaya is playing for that team) she says its because Chizu and Ayane have their match so to cheer for them (course Ayane is such a sly fox we all know its to get Sawako and Kazehaya closer together) anyways as Ayane and Chizu are walking off Ayane turns around and tells Sawako “Don’t loose” meaning dont loose to Kurumi, Chizu’s confused by that statement but Ayane just smiles and says oh its nothing never mind. Sawako seems kind of confused by that.

Speak of the devil, here comes Kurumi holding Sawakos shoe. Sawako sees she has it and says that she is a nice person afte rall that seemed to of irked Kurumi but just then a couple of guys in the distance made the same remark and her attitude suddenly changes she gives Sawako back her shoe and walks off. Sawako tries to appologize for what happend and calls her Kurumi. Kurumi tells her not to call that, so Sawako misunderstands and calls her Ume instead. This REALLY pissed off Kurumi and she says that she wrote her name in “the bastards who called me ume note” (parody of death note lol) Sawako thinks she means her diary and is kind of flattered She calls her Ume again and finally Kurumi yells at her crying telling her that she HATES that name its her only complex, that its such an old fashioned name that her grandma gave to her. Sawako thinks its a cute name and that shes Sadako. Kurumi reminds her that its Sawako and she realized that shes right she had always been called Sawako especially by Kurumi. Still Sawako asks if she wants to come with her to cheer for the boys Kurumi seems a bit taken back by this but of course agrees for Kazehaya.

Sawako and Kurumi are sitting down and talking but Kurumi keeps whispering Sawako asks why and she says its because when she’s around her she accidently shows her true self. Just then Kazehaya and the rest of the boys come walking up. Kazehaya notices Sawako and waves to her, but Kurumi says that he’s waving at her instead and Sawako thinks that she is probably right.  The boys then gather and start talking about Kurumi and Sawako they mention again her “instant teleportation” and they all agree that Sadako is amazing. Ryuu then chimes in and mentions that her name isn’t Sadako its something else, he then thinks back to when Chizu made him remember it, after a series of weird related words to her name he finally remembers that her name is Sawako! this seemed to of shocked Kazehaya as he heard her mention her first name.

It then goes back to the girls talking as the boys get ready for thier softball match. Sawako mentions to Kurumi how she looked up the meaning of special in the dictionary and realized thats what she feels for Kazehaya and no one else. Kurumi says its because she never talked to any guys, Sawako mentions shes talked to Ryuu a bit and Kurumi’s gears in her head start turning a little Just as luck and coincidence would have it someone had thrown thier special “Miracle ball” and it was heading straight for Sawako, however Ryuu managed to save her and catch the ball right as it was about to be planted into her face. Sawako is pretty shocked over this and says she needs to thank Ryuu, it seems then that Kurumi still isnt done with her bag of tricks and slyly mentions that she should talk to Ryuu more, alot more suggesting that they would make a good couple. Sawako seems shocked by this as she looks in at Ryuu.

Next Episode: episode 12 “Feelings of Love”

hmm… what can we expect from this episode? I think that Sawako is going to try and talk to Ryuu more no doubt about that. But will she try and like him? goodness well i doubt that, but i wonder if Kurumi is going to try and push those two together maybe even try and talk to Ryuu about it. Still i think Kurumis plan will backfire cuz we all know Ryuu has the hots for Chizu least i think he does, he most likely does! but i do wonder though if Kazehaya will get jelous and think Sawako likes Ryuu or what? well! guess we gotta wait till next week to find out

overall thoughts: GO SAWAKO!!!! OH MAN OH MAN!!!! i was SO happy to see her turn down kurumi!!!! i was like WHOOOOO YOU GO GIRL!!! DUN YOU LISTN TO HER!!!! and i lulz when Kurumi failed, course it seemd that she was about to throw in the towel and it looks like those two might actually become friends someday who knows. It was kind of intersting and slightly lulz how Sawako was just pwning her with kindness :D guess its like the saying goes “kill em with kindness” I almost had started to feel a little sorry for Kurumi but i know shes just a betch trying to stir things up.  and apparently just when you think she might chillax on kazehaya and sawako a bit she suddenly starts up the gears in her head and gets the plan to get Ryuu and Sawako together. which im pretty sure will fail miserably.

Still, tho she probably wont get them together it might actually work to drive kazehaya and sawako apart which is what she really wants who knows. Kazehaya was pretty shocked to hear Ryuu say sawakos name and i had wondered if he had felt the same jelousy Sawako felt when he said Kurumi’s name i wouldnt be suprised. and im pretty sure that Sawako is going to try and talk to ryuu more and that might cause more jelousy towards Kazehaya, still will he be in a mope and leave Sawako alone or will be make a dashing attempt and finally reaveal his feelings? i almost want to lean towards the latter concidering this series still who knows.

also next episode is titled Feelings of Love which makes me wonder is someone going to confess? i hope its sawako and kazehaya! thier so cute and i SO wanna see Kurumi’s face when they finally admit thier feelings which i really hope they do. unless Ryuu decides to finally reveal his feelings to Chizu that be cute haha.. hes adorable if chizu dont want him ill gladly take him or maybe thisll be the ep. that sawako finally realized that shes in love with kazehaya.

well ones things for sure Ayane is one of my most favorite chars now simply cuz shes so sly and smart! I LOVE HER! i know shes doing what she can to help bring sawako and Kazehaya together and trying to let sawako no not to listne to kurumi haha in her sly way 33 soooo im pretty sure Kurumi wont get very far with her plans cuz not only can sawako stand up to her, ryuu likes chizu, kazehaya barely knows kurumi exsists when in the pressence of sawako, and ayane is always there to help push those two together!

also anyone know how long this series will be? i heard itll be 24 eps, awww guess that means id prolly have to cont. on with the manga afterwards not that id mind of course but watchn it animated is fun too 33
