Moving to a new Host *update*

If you’re wondering why i haven’t made any posts lately, it’s because I’ve been trying to move to a new host.
Dreamhost to be specific.

The move seems to be going well. I THINK. Dreamhost takes 7-10 days to complete its registration transfer. Hopefully it’ll be approved and keep going. Otherwise, i’ll have to request transfer again. But I’m sure it’ll go through just fine. I’ll be getting a notification letting me know that the transfer is complete.
But if you’re wondering why the site was down, it’s because i had hell with Dreamhost’s control panel, and i had to get one of the staff members to fix it for me. So yeah.
The good thing about Dreamhost is that their support is pretty damn good.

Wait, I thought you were on hostgator, you decided to go with dreamhost instead?
I'm still on Hostgator, but Moving to Dreamhost is part of the strategy I've set up to keep this Site running.
I've deliberately set the renewal dates to Christmas, so that way I can have the time to make the money and do what I need to do each year. I get money every year anyway, so i'm able to prevent future mistakes.
I would stay with hostgator, but it costs too much to even delay it for 6 months. At least Dreamhost is a little bit cheaper and I'm able to pay off the whole site for a year by letting my brother charge it with his debit card after I've paid him 100 dollars worth of my christmas money. I was recommended Dreamhost and i did a little digging around to learn what i need to do and how to pay the whole site off to avoid monthly payments.
I… doubt this is making sense. Buuuuuut, once i'm employed again, I'll move back to Hostgator or try Lunar pages. Maybe try GoDaddy next.
Oh damn. Well, I'm glad to hear you're not going to stop blogging. I check this site pretty much every day.
