episodes 9 and 10 introduce a new character as well as add some more insight to the “other Lisa”

“Lisa” 

This episode reveals the backstory of Luke and another girl named LIsa. As Cecily and Luke go out on a walk to her gravesite he explains that she was a childhood friend of his, and his first love. She also wanted to have Luke forge her a Katana and become a knight to protect the city. One day they decided to go up and visit the mountains thats forbidden to enter, they went deeper and deeper, until they reached what appeared to be a demon, Lisa went to attack it, but instead it killed her. Luke is griefstriken by this as he mentions the demon, Valbanill, also took his fathers life when he went to search for them. Cecily wishes she could help him but realizes she cant. In the meantime while thier at the gravesite, Lisa stays back and attemps to repair a broken dagger by a darkhaired girl that goes by the name of Elsa. It seems like she tries to kill Lisa but hesitates when Lisa mentions how the dagger seems sad. After repairs Elsa walks by and Aria sees her she senses something strange about that girl. Cecily and Luke walk about and part ways, Cecily later on practices her sword techniques but still seems sad over Luke.

Later on Elsa goes back home and refers to an older man as her master, and he rambles on while coughing up blood how he wants to exact revenge on Valbanill, and asks if she found the demon, Elsa tells him she did but is hesitant in him wanting revenge. During the night while its raining the old man goes over to Lukes house and tries to kill Lisa with his Demon Sword, Elsa, who is a sword of lightening. Luke fights him back and protects Lisa. The old man is about to go in for another attack when he starts coughing up blood, so he retreats for now.

“Tragedy”

Aria sees Elsa in the supermarket and asks her about demon swords, Elsa says that demon swords are to serve the purpose of thier masters, and all have the desire to kill Vanabill. The city council also disguses how there seems to be a low energy of mana lately, and the current events and that Luke is the only one that can forge a sacred sword do defeat Vanabill. one of the by the name of Seigfried ends up leaving he goes into a horse carriage and talks to a mysterious girl, she asks if Luke really can make a sword like that, Seigfried says no but probably one strong enough to take on demon swords. Later on the old man tries again to attack Luke and Lisa but this time he has the blackhooded guy on his side. Black hooded guy fights Luke while the old man fights off Cecily. in the end Cecily wins and Elsa badly damaged kills the old man with the dagger she has upon request of the old man. They both die. The man in the blackhood is revealed to be Seifried and explains that actually Vanabill is Lisa, that Luke used his childhood friend as a sacrifice to create Lisa whose a demon, everyones pretty shocked as Luke confirms this to be true.

overall thoughts: first off sorry for no photoalbums for some strange reason it keeps telling me it doesnt wanna work try later so ill just skip it and add it later.

i liked these eps! glad to see it seems were getting some answers answered poor lisa i feel sorry for her. so lukes childhood friend/former lover turned out to have the same name and lisa is actually a demon born from “lisa” also i was suprised to see that seigfried was the blackhooded guy i wonder wat his motivations are.

oh! and i also started to read the sacred blacksmith manga, i gotta say i actually like it more then the series it fleshes it out more and the pacing is better lol. but more on that later!
