The last episode of Mayo Chiki is here as we save the best for last with an episode dedicated to Nakuru. However, one would question how they would be able to dedicate a half hour to a character who’s been used on the show mostly for BL and glasses jokes? Me last weekend

Last weekend I was having a BSOD and had no motivation whatsoever to do much (hence why alot of my posts had been finished and polished up on Monday-Tuesday), especially watching Mayo Chiki. I had no interest in going through the rest of the episodes and felt like I was at the point of deterioration where all I could do was shake my head when considering finishing up the series.

However, looking up some Nakuru art as well as finding some Bluray screencaps had given me the push to finally go through watching it, as fanservice is the show’s strong point. However, with all of the faux drama, faux comedy, and distressing themes of having misogyny and homophobia act as fanservice and comedy this week, I question my intelligence for trying to complete this series.

Just when I thought that my mind wouldn’t cry in another episode of Mayo Chiki, they make this episode about Kureha’s birthday, where the show absorbs itself in the Abuse jokes for 25 minutes. Because these types of jokes make me cry with laughter, this is going to be the greatest episode of Mayo Chiki ever!

On the last Mayo Chiki, we kinda left on a down note where I was so disgruntled, I wasn’t able to write a proper analysis of what was wrong with it and ended with a Final Words lasting one sentence. However, I’m not the type of guy who has a stick up his ass 24/7 and I’m able to give Duke’s Chick-Fil-A the benefit of the doubt as I go into this episode with my head held high. So how does this one stack up? Well I have come to chew bubblegum and look at Mayo Chiki 6 (and I ran out of bubblegum).
