In this OVA adaptation of Kouji Kumeta’s 1st comedy manga before Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei (funny enough, Kumeta own despair came from all the shit that has happened to him while making Kaizou from the unpopularity getting him down to the mood switch in the middle of the manga), we see Kaizou and his friends deal with everyday occurances in highschool, from poets who wear dick bottles to an organization centered around perverse fantasies.
